The contents of the container were incorrect. The top was down about 2 " from the top.

The ice cream was away from the sides of the container about 1/2 " all the way around. It was like the ice cream had shrunk. I thought I was getting a high quality product, with price to match. Boy was I mistaken.

Where is their quality control? What has happened to realiabilty of brand names? What am I supposed to do in the future? Do I open and inspect the ice cream before I purchase it?

I am sure management would love that!

I guess I will just buy the "house brand". It could not be worse that what I experienced with this Bryers product.

Reason of review: Bad quality.

Monetary Loss: $4.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

Sounds like the carton of Breyers went through at least one defrost process somewhere along the line, most likely either in transit or at the store you bought it from. Unlikely it happened at the Breyer plant. Contact them and see if they will send you a coupon.
