I couldn't find the Natural Vanilla, and without read the ingredients, thought I would try "Homemade Vanilla." When the texture was very "commercial" (as in equivalent to the worst possible ice cream), I read the label. Milk, cream, sugar, corn syrup, whey, egg yolks, carob bean gum, mono and diglycerides, salt, natural flavor, vanilla extract, annato (for color), guar gum, taro gum.
EXCUUUUSE ME!!!! That doesn't come close to being "homemade." Most people wouldn't half those ingredients in their homes.
STOP LYING TO US! One scoop and the rest of the 1-1/2 quarts went in the garbage, because garbage is exactly what it is.
