I love the Snickers ice cream and have bought it many, many times, however I received quite the surprise when I opened my latest purchase of the “10%more Snickers” product. Unbelievably not only was it as promised, there were NO Snickers, NO nuts, NO chocolate- it was vanilla with a few swirls of BUTTERSCOTCH!
Yes, you read that right, it was NOT Snickers, it was BUTTSCOTCH packaged in a SNICKERS container. WHAT IN THE WORLD IS GOING ON? And, going forward, who should be notified about this and how does it get fixed?
Do I buy another one and HOPE it’s the correct product? Do I buy one, open it at the store and if it isn’t as advertised point it out to customer service at the store.
