I HAVE 2/3 OF CANTAINER LEFT IN FREEZER. MY WIFE AND I BOTH TRIED THE ICE CREAM WITH THE SAME RESULTS. THIS IS NOT THE QUALITY PRODUCT THAT WE HAVE BEEN USE TO FOR MANY YEARS. I ASSUME THAT A LARGE COMPANY WOULD HAVE INCOMING SPEC'S AND REQUIRMENTS FROM YOUR SUPPLIERS. I WOULD ALSO THINK THAT YOU WOULD DO CABINET TESTING THAT WOULD ALLOW YOU TO GO BACK AND TEST PRODUCT FROM THIS TIME AND LOT OF PRODUCTION. IT WOULD BE INTERESTING TO KNOW IF YOU HAD PROBLEMS WITH YOUR PECAN SUPPLIER DURING THIS TIME PERIOD.
